The Superpose app, website, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Superpose Labs Corp. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your photos remain yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.
Our AI photography guidance is provided as suggestions only. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific photographic outcomes. You are responsible for your own creative decisions.
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the application, using the service for unlawful purposes, or attempting to interfere with the service's operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superpose Labs Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
